Data That Is Deleted

• Anonymous authentication account and account identifier
• Random nickname, robots, upgrade levels, collection, cores, and items
• Duel and defense history, active matches, and ranking records
• Ad reward verification and abuse-prevention records linked to the account

Deletion is permanent. Launching the app again creates a new anonymous account.

If You Cannot Use the App

Email gisaya@naver.com with the subject Account deletion request. To prevent deletion of the wrong account, the Operator may ask for additional information that identifies the account.

Information That May Be Retained

Minimum records required for legal compliance, security incident response, or abuse prevention may be stored separately from account data for only the necessary period, then deleted. Anonymous aggregate statistics are not used to identify or restore an account.

Processing Time

In-app deletion is processed as soon as the server confirms the request. External requests are processed after the account is verified. If law requires separate retention, we will explain the scope and period.
