Robot Upgrade Defense Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Robot Upgrade Defense, provided by JoyAI (the "Operator").

1. Service

Robot Upgrade Defense is a game where duel results upgrade robots and players collect robot models and completed cores. Some items may be earned after a player voluntarily watches a rewarded ad.

2. Accounts and Game Records

• An anonymous account and random nickname may be created on first launch to store game progress.
• You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.
• Unlinked progress may not be recoverable after app deletion, a device change, or account deletion.

3. Game Rules and Changes

Duel odds, upgrade and loss ranges, matchmaking, defense, and rewards follow the rules shown in the app. The Operator may change rules for balance, reliability, or abuse prevention. Material changes will be announced in the app or on a public page.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Manipulating game results with macros, automation, modified apps, or abnormal requests
• Accessing another person's account or the service without authorization
• Disrupting the service or violating applicable law or third-party rights

The Operator may invalidate related records or restrict service access when abuse is confirmed.

5. Advertising

Banner or rewarded ads may be provided. Rewarded ads start only after a clear player choice. A reward may not be granted if the ad is canceled, incomplete, or not verified.

6. Service Changes and Interruptions

Features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, outages, security issues, or third-party service changes. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to restore service and provide notice.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and game data from the Account screen. See Data Deletion for the deletion scope and external request process.
