Robot Upgrade Defense Privacy Policy

JoyAI (the "Operator") processes personal and usage information only as needed to provide Robot Upgrade Defense.

1. Information We Process

• An automatically generated anonymous account identifier and random nickname
• Account identifier, email address, and basic profile information provided when you optionally link a Google account
• Game progress, including robots, upgrade levels, items, duel and defense history, and rankings
• Request times, action types, and risk assessment records used to prevent abuse
• Advertising identifiers, ad interactions, device and app information, IP address, and diagnostics

The Operator does not currently collect phone numbers, addresses, or payment information directly.

2. Why We Use This Information

• To create anonymous accounts, optionally link a Google account, save game progress, and restore it when you return
• To provide matchmaking, rankings, rewarded-ad verification, and abuse prevention
• To improve reliability, diagnose errors, and respond to support requests
• To provide and measure advertising where you consent or applicable law permits

3. Service Providers and International Processing

We use the following service providers. Information may be processed outside your country.

• Google AdMob: advertising, consent management, ad measurement, and ad fraud prevention
• Google: account sign-in and account information you choose to provide
• Supabase: anonymous and Google account authentication and game data storage
• Render: game API hosting and server log processing
• Cloudflare Turnstile: human verification when suspicious automated activity is detected

Each provider processes information under its own privacy and security policies.

4. Advertising Choices

Where required by law, Google's consent form is shown before advertising is provided. You can review or change advertising choices under Account > Privacy choices. You may continue to play without consenting, although the type and delivery of ads may differ.

5. Retention and Deletion

Account authentication and game data are retained while the service is provided or until the account is deleted. Completed deletion is permanent. Abuse-prevention records and server logs are kept only for the minimum period needed for security and error response, then deleted or de-identified. Records required by law are stored separately for the required period and then deleted.

6. Your Rights

You may change advertising consent and request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information. Delete account-linked data directly under Account > Delete account and game data. If you cannot use the app, follow the external process on the Data Deletion page.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If we learn that a child's information was processed without the consent required from a parent or guardian, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes because of service or legal updates, we will post the effective date and relevant changes on this page.
